At Dizzy Free PT, we specialize exclusively in vestibular and balance disorders. We treat a wide range of conditions, with or without a diagnosis, that cause dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance:
Common conditions we treat:
- A set of symptoms that don't have a specific diagnosis - Not all causes of dizziness are a condition or disease (that's a good thing!) and we can still get to the root to help you feel better.
- BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) - The most common cause of peripheral vertigo, triggered by head position changes like rolling in bed, sitting up from bed, looking up or bending down.
- Visual Dizziness - Vertigo, lightheadedness, or feeling "off" in busy visual environments, while driving, shopping, or reading
- Vestibular Migraines - Dizziness and vertigo with or without headaches
- Post-Concussion Symptoms - Dizziness, imbalance, and visual issues after head injury (new or old)
- Balance Disorders and Unsteadiness - Feeling off-balance, unsteady, or at risk of falling when you stand up or walk.
- Meniere's Disease - Longer-duration episodes of vertigo with hearing changes and fullness in the ear
- Vestibular Neuritis/Labyrinthitis - Inflammation of the inner ear causing sudden, severe vertigo
- PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness) - Chronic dizziness and unsteadiness
- Generalized Dizziness - Hard-to-describe symptoms that don't fit a clear pattern
Important note: You don't need a specific diagnosis to get help! Many of our patients come to us after seeing multiple providers without getting clear answers. Our comprehensive evaluation will identify what's causing your symptoms, even if you've never received a diagnosis.
