To make the most of your first appointment, please bring:

• Photo ID - Driver's license or state ID
• Medication list - A current list of all medications and supplements you're taking (include dosages if possible)
• Comfortable clothing - Wear clothes you can move easily in. We recommend athletic wear or loose, comfortable clothing. You may be doing movement tests and exercises

What you DON'T need to bring:

• Insurance card (we're cash pay except for traditional Medicare)

2. Physical Assessment (30-40 minutes)

• Vestibular system tests - We'll assess how your balance organs are functioning

• Balance and coordination tests - See how you perform different balance tasks
• Position testing - If appropriate, we'll test specific head positions to identify conditions like BPPV
